What does Team Leader mean to you? Leadership to me means being there for your team, listening to their problems, and helping them solve whatever dilemmas they have.
It does not mean, signing up people left and right so that you can leave them hanging in the wind. There are some leaders that do this and I don't agree with it.
I am taking the time to help people in my area so that they can be the best that they can be. I am getting the Vendor Fairs and letting my team know about them.
I care if you succeed or not!! There is no I in Team Work!!
